What is Fellowship?
A 12-step fellowship is a group of people who come together to support one another in recovering from addiction, compulsive behaviours, or other life difficulties.
Members share their experiences, learn from one another, and work through a set of principles known as the 12 Steps to help them change their lives and maintain recovery.
Fellowships are usually peer-led, meaning members support each other rather than acting as professional therapists or counsellors.
